Practical Development & Application Engineering

The development of process-stable release media requires precise knowledge of the chemical and physical conditions in the tool gap. At our site in Weeze, we analyze the required lubricant properties directly tailored to the thermal and mechanical conditions of your equipment.

In addition to standard methods such as determination of kinematic viscosity, we characterize release waxes using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA under N₂ atmosphere) to guarantee 100% ash-free pyrolysis. Using high-load tribometry, we simulate friction conditions at surface temperatures above 1000°C.
